The first defense against grease and fire is your hood system filters. These filters capture grease and contaminants on their way through the kitchen exhaust system. Simple cleaning methods can get some of the greases off, but the only method to remove the extra pounds of grease is to thoroughly soak and remove all grease and contaminants with specialized biodegradable chemicals and high heat.

Southwest Advanced Cleaning Services provides a Filter Exchange Program. We will replace your dirty filters with new, completely cleaned filters. We will then take your dirty filters off-site and use our State-of-the-Art soaking method and technology to remove all grease and contaminants.
